Setting up Security Link Access for North American Stellantis® Vehicles

To obtain secured access to FCA North America vehicles, you must:

● Create an AutoAuth account and link your diagnostic tool to it
● Provide and validate your e-mail address
– Your AutoAuth and Snap-on Technician Profile e-mail address must match.
● Link your AutoAuth credentials to your Technician Profile

Setting Up an AutoAuth Account

AutoAuth requires an annual fee payment.

1. Go to AutoAuth.com select Register and create an account.

2. Remember your Username and Password
3. Check your email and verify your account.

Your AutoAuth and Snap-on Technician Profile e-mail address MUST match.

4. Login to your autoauth.com account and follow the link to complete your registration as a “Service Center Signup / Independent Technician Signup”.
5. After entering the required information select Sign Up.
6. Select Manage Tools > Add Tool, then enter your Snap-on diagnostic tool model and serial number and save the entry.

Your AutoAuth account setup is now complete.

Link your AutoAuth Account to your Snap-on Technician Profile

After you link your AutoAuth account to your Snap-on Technician Profile, you can use your authorized diagnostic tool to scan/access secured vehicle systems.

Your AutoAuth and Snap-on Technician Profile e-mail address MUST match.

1. From your Technician Profile (ALTUSDrive.com) select the Security Link tab.
2. From the "Not Linked" section, click the "+" icon for FCA North America

3. Enter your AutoAuth credentials as required, check the privacy agreement box and click Save to link your AutoAuth FCA North America account to your Technician Profile.

4. Create a Profile Access Code and enter all the profile information required to setup your authorization, then click Save and Next.

A Profile Access Code is required for account security. Remember this code for future reference.

Note -Once you have saved your account credentials, FCA North America will display in the "Linked" section.
